Who’s running this
I learned this by paying the tuition of failure.
In business since 2007. Sales at Staples, Bell, Midas, RE/MAX and Zanchetta. Marketing at Bell, Pirelli and Keurig. Eight years as a RE/MAX broker, with more than $50M in transactions closed. Coaching entrepreneurs since 2014 with Futurpreneur Canada.
On YouTube since 2010: eighteen channels and hundreds of videos built for the wrong goal, until five simple videos for my real estate business brought in 20+ potential clients. Today I help established experts do the same, without becoming YouTubers.

Do I need a YouTube channel already?
No. You can start from scratch. In Week 2 we set your channel up for Google and YouTube search and map your first 10 videos. If you already have a channel, we build on what you have.
How much time will it take?
Plan for about 4–6 hours a week: one 2-hour live session every Wednesday, 12:30–2:30 PM ET (Montreal), plus the work on your own business.
Do I need to be good on camera, or buy equipment?
Any phone or camera you already own works. The one thing worth getting is an inexpensive plug-in mic and a simple light.
