Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply when you use tomcasarotti.com (the “Site”) or any of our services. The Site and services are run by Tomas Casarotti, sole proprietor (entreprise individuelle), operating as Bâtisseurs de Croissance / Revenue Growth Builders (“RGB”, “we”, “us”), NEQ 2271500110, 521 Lartigue, Laval QC H7N 3T6, Canada. By using the Site or buying a service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

Who we serve

We serve business owners and experts outside Quebec only, meaning the rest of Canada and the United States. We don’t accept clients who live in Quebec, and we don’t market to Quebec residents. If you live in Quebec, please don’t buy or book our services. You must be 18 or older to buy or book a service.

Our offers

  • The Scorecard (free): an online questionnaire that sends you results based on your answers.
  • The 45-minute YouTube Client-Acquisition Roadmap Session (free): a call booked through Google Calendar and held on Google Meet. We may reschedule or cancel a session and will try to give you notice.
  • The RGB Accelerator (paid): a program for business owners and experts. The price, payment options, start date, schedule and what’s included are shown on the offer page and in your order confirmation. Those details form part of these Terms.
  • The Skool community: hosted on Skool. Skool’s own terms and billing rules also apply.

Any other service runs only under its own signed agreement.

Payment

Card payments go through Stripe. Prices and any payment plan are shown on the offer page before you pay. If you choose a payment plan, you agree to pay each payment on time. If a payment fails, we may pause your access until it’s paid.

No refunds on paid offers

All sales of paid offers, including the RGB Accelerator, are final. We don’t give refunds. Free offers cost nothing, so no refund applies. If the law where you live gives you rights that these Terms can’t remove, those rights still apply.

Any guarantee is described on the offer page.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give accurate information, keep your login details safe, treat Tom and other members with respect, and not share program materials with people who haven’t paid for them. We may remove anyone who breaks these rules, without a refund.

Our content

The Site, videos, templates, worksheets and program materials belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own business. You may not copy, resell, share or publish them without our written permission.

No promise of results

Our content and programs are educational. Results depend on you, your market and many things outside our control. See our Disclaimer.

Other sites and tools

The Site links to services run by others, such as Google, MailerLite, Stripe, Skool and YouTube. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we aren’t responsible for them.

Limitation of liability

The Site and our services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows:

  • we aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Site or our services;
  • our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the fees you paid us for that service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute goes to the courts of the judicial district of Laval, Quebec, unless the law where you live gives you the right to go to your local courts.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes don’t affect a purchase you’ve already made.
